Me To
Parent Antenatal &
Newborn Care course is designed for
expectant parents. The course covers the
last 3 months of pregnancy, labour and
childbirth. It also covers the care of
your newborn baby and care of your
relationship after the arrival of your
baby. The course runs over one full day,
saving you time attending the maternity
hospital class over a number of
weeks.
The course is designed and
delivered by Grainne Grundy, a registered nurse
and fully qualified midwife with over 10 years
experience. As a mother of 3 young children she
has the ability to bring her experience of
childbirth as both a professional and a mother
to our courses.
Grainne is a practising
midwife, therefore all information is based
upon the most recent evidence based practice
& guidelines regarding pregnancy &
birth. Our classes are delivered in a relaxed
and friendly environment.

Cost Course is €180 per
couple and includes parking, course material,
refreshments and a light
lunch.
All Courses are held
in The Clarion Hotel, Liffey Valley,
Dublin. They are a full day (Saturday) from
9.30am to 4.30pm
